Start times will be emailed or sent out to you shortly after we receive your entry. They will also be available on line on 20th September 2013.

On arriving at the event, please make your way to the Secretary's lorry to collect your number and pay any outstanding sponsorship monies. Once you have been issued a number, you may make your way to the start where the starter will set you off.
NB - We will do our very best to accommodate your start time requests and requests to ride with other competitors but it is very difficult to do this if you give us short notice and in some cases impossible. Please therefore enter early and remember that the early times are popular so the later you enter, the later your start time will be. Safety and fun ore our ultimate goals so PLEASE ENTER EARLY!
NB - Please send a separate email to info@kirtlington-sponsoredride.co.uk with any requests you have along these lines as quickly as possible after entering so that we can assure you of your requested slot.
NB - Group places & times cannot be assured until all entries are received. The last large group (6 riders or more) will be allocated a start time no later than 1pm.
