The Course 

The ride is over rolling parkland, with old turf, grass, woods and tracks and excellent going. The jumps are inviting, some more challenging than others and all avoidable for those who prefer not to jump. There is virtually no roadwork and stewards are placed at points around the course to show you the right direction, offer refreshment and to generally act as a guide and information points.

The course is 7 miles long and can be ridden at whatever speed the rider feels comfortable. On average it takes 2.5 hours.  The important thing is to take it at your own pace and make sure you and your horse have an enjoyable time.
